- Learning the TeamStream method directly from its authors, Gitāna and Anda, was particularly valuable, providing an opportunity to apply the tool as intended. In the process of acquiring theoretical knowledge from Gitāna, I highly appreciate that I was given a fishing rod, not a fish, which encouraged me to think, analyze, and draw conclusions on my own. I could immediately apply the theoretical knowledge in a real work environment, with the possibility of Anda shadowing and evaluating my practical work. After the shadowing process, I received a very detailed analysis of myself as a TS leader and valuable recommendations to make the teamwork process using TS even more effective. The team acknowledged that the process using TS tool is natural, logical, and even playful, integrating organically into the dynamics of the group, even in a military environment. Most importantly, the team expressed the desire to continue this process to explore strengths and weaknesses on their way to the goal. I discovered the TS tool not only useful for team diagnostics but also for team cohesion and even personnel recruitment and selection. I can confidently say there's no equivalent method in Latvia. Mg.psych. Sandra Landratova, military psychologist, NMF Psychological Service
- All members of the team were involved, and we had very active and useful discussion. We agreed on concrete actions that we as a team and each individual has to carry out. The method is very interesting, and the cards as a tool – it is something what we had not used in teamwork before. In my view, this method can be very useful and valuable for any team which is ready for open and lively discussion. Kristīne Pudele, Deputy Head of HR, Evolution Latvia
- Team Stream is a valuable supporting tool for managers as well as coaches-trainers. In my opinion, the most valuable part is that questions of the cards cover six main topics which managers are facing in their day-to-day work while leading teams. Team Stream could also be used to get to know your team easily and enthusiastically and to strengthen it. I really recommend – it is an innovative tool which can be used in various ways! Inita Lūka, Associate Certified Cach (ACC), team coach and mentor
- We used Team Stream cards at the team building event. Efficiently! Benefits: positive emotions, we got to know common, unifying things, our strong and weak (improvable) sides, we came to common conclusions, agreed on specific tasks and solutions to problems. We laughed a lot and talked seriously too. We reached the result enjoying the process. Thank you! Elektrum, Customer Service staff
- The idea of Team Stream is very much in line with our belief that it is dialogue and discussion which allows to unite and strengthen teams. There are different ways to help teams build mutual trust and engagement in discussions. Team Stream provides a certain element of play, randomness, that can move the conversation, make it easier, at the same time it allows to solve very important and thorough issues! - TS has become an integral part of our team's weekly meetings. It is a fantastic opportunity that allows us to understand our team's climate – our goals, future plans, and interpersonal relationships. TS covers 7 different question groups, ranging from very easy and fun questions to highly complex and "deep" questions that we probably wouldn't discuss in our daily meetings. Thanks to TS, we have promoted team collaboration, resolved differences, and set new goals. Nauris Vitols, Key account director of SmartHR
- "Team Stream is a combination of qualitative, open questions with an element of game. The game element allows the team to relax and to engage in discussion about serious issues in a playful way. The application could be very diverse, ranging from casual meetings to in-depth team-building events. The cards can be used by anyone; the tool does not require special training. Arta Biruma, Member of the Board ,"Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital"
- We had a hearty and productive afternoon with very valuable insights. We experienced how answers to questions flow and move from one worthwhile insight to another, how interrelationships are formed, regardless of how different are questions. Productive conversations, summaries, valuable keywords – now we have good ideas what to do hereafter. We are inspired, we really liked it. Sandra Lāce and the team of Swedbank Academy
- We have used this method for strategic planning, goal setting and prioritization of activities in our company. These are questions which stimulate processes where the team can consolidate, open - up creatively, and find solutions to a problem constructively. Ilze Žilde, Personnel and Office Administration Director in the Baltics, ERGO Insurance SE and ERGO Life Insurance SE Latvian branch
